Join a team of passionate designers to build modern, elegant website solutions for financial advisors using the Twenty Over Ten platform.

Responsibilities

As a designer at Twenty Over Ten, you will collaborate remotely with a small team of diverse creatives. You will be responsible for building out client websites on our powerful app based on the client’s unique needs.

It will be expected that you can handle CSS, HTML and JavaScript customizations without assistance. But most importantly, you will be responsible for engaging and directly communicating with clients.

Qualifications

  • A strong portfolio showcasing responsive web design work & web typography*
  • Broad knowledge of web standards, trends, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Attractive communication skills (as you’ll be working both directly with clients and a distributed team)
  • Moderate skill with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • In-depth understanding of common web UI issues and challenges, as well as UI best practices and emerging trends and technologies
  • Great organizational skills, and an impeccable attention to detail, consistency, and simplicity
  • Ability to work effectively on multiple projects concurrently under a tight schedule
  • Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (we mainly use Slack, Airtable, Zoom, DropBox, and Google Apps)

Up until now, strict compliance limitations in the financial services industry made it near impossible to create, manage and run full digital marketing campaigns without hiring an entire team of people to manage the work. This revolutionary marketing platform is finally changing this.

Fueled by a growing number of large customers in financial services, our already-established successful website product and compliance engine, and the launch of Lead Pilot, Twenty Over Ten is expanding quickly and we are looking to hire multiple Sales Representatives to join our team as we enter this next phase of growth. Responsibilities

As a full cycle sales rep your average day will include, researching and emailing leads, Cold calling, Demo presentations and closing new business.

  • Follow up and close daily inbound leads via email, phone and zoom virtual meetings
  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel Twenty Over Ten's Pipeline and Growth
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Twenty Over Ten's products, regularly conduct demos
  • Collaborate with and leverage teammates to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities
  • Utilize business and industry knowledge to research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, create/identify compelling value propositions and develop accounts
  • Outbound prospecting to financial advisory firms via email, cold calling, marketing campaigns, etc.
  • Find ways to enhance Twenty Over Ten's sales process to generate a higher quantity of quality leads and more efficient bookings of sales demos
  • Manage, track, and report on all activities and results using Outreach.io
  • Hit or Exceed monthly/quarterly quotas for Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
  • Collaborate with Senior Executive Team on developing goals and strategies for business development
  • Conduct high level discovery and educational conversations with prospects
  • Work with internal team members to ensure successful on-boarding and implementation for new clients
  • Collaborate with internal product development teams and provide feedback from the field to help shape future development
  • Possible attendance at industry events/conferences
  • We provide a large database of workable qualified leads to each of our full-cycle sales representatives

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, B2B Sales, (preferably from another SaaS company or the financial sector)
  • Record of meeting and exceeding quota (consistent top 20% performer)
  • Experience with inside sales, including lead generation and outbound prospecting
  • Ability to work in a high-paced environment; team player
  • Passionate about the intersection of marketing automation, business, and technology
  • Exceptional in-person, verbal and written communication skills a must (comfortable presenting alone in front of large groups)
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial work environment where self-motivated individuals succeed
  • Experience using software that allows for remote work (Zoom, Slack, Airtable, or other applicable tools)
  • Comfortable working in a mostly virtual environment
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Knowledge of Financial Planning/Investment Management Industry a plus but not required

Sales Development Representative Arrow

Overview

This role is focused on early stage client engagement and outreach, with many opportunities for growth as the company expands.

As an SDR, you will be responsible for strategically sourcing and qualifying business prospects. Using your unique personality and grit, you will target and qualify leads to increase the pipeline of potential customers. As one of the first SDRs, you will help implement scalable processes.

This role will lay the foundation for your future success at Twenty Over Ten. As a pioneer in our first generation SDR role you will be able to help lay the foundation for future SDR’s as well as gain the experience and knowledge to advance your career in future roles as we quickly expanded our sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Leading introductory sales calls and assisting our full cycle sales reps by scheduling meetings/presentations prospects
  • Leverage multiple outreach methods (email, social media, cold call) to engage and build out the top of the sales funnel
  • Proactively target and qualify potential clients
  • Qualify inbound leads based on criteria and manage the inbound lead process
  • Serve as an expert on Twenty Over Ten products, educating prospects on the value of and developing them into sales-ready opportunities
  • Maintain and track all prospective account updates and progress through Outreach
  • Achieve daily activity quota for the number of calls and emails to prospective customers
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly meeting and pipeline goals that our sales team can convert into qualified opportunities

At Twenty Over Ten, our goal is to empower our users to make the most of their website on our platform as a marketing and lead generating tool. Your goal as a Support Specialist is to guide them through the technicalities that present themselves during that process.

You’re tech-savvy.
You know your way around a computer, and can easily navigate the multiple tools and programs we use every day. And when something doesn’t work as expected, you feel confident troubleshooting the issue yourself.

You communicate. Really, really well.
Your friends ask you to proofread their texts to make sure they make sense. When someone reads your email, they can tell you’re having a great day.

You’re passionate about great customer support.
You understand that customer support is the face of the product and the responsibility that brings. While you may not have an official background in support, you get excited about the idea of making someone’s day by solving their challenges.

You don’t shy from research.
We’ve designed our platform to play well with lots of third party tools and sometimes we need to dig through someone else’s documentation to craft a great answer.

You can switch gears effortlessly.
You can answer three emails back-to-back - one about how to tweak a button color, the next about SEO recommendations, and another from someone who just isn’t sure why their site looks different on their phone - and keep on rolling.

You work well with others.
We don’t like to work in silos, and you probably don’t either. You’re comfortable reaching out to a developer for technical questions or sales to get more information about a package.

Qualifications

Compensation

  • Full time: $45,000 - $55,000 DOE
  • Part time: $20/hour during your first six weeks and $25/hour after that
